• Donkeys on the beach in the sunshine!
• Sucking ice lollies on the beach after an energetic walk along the coast!
• Picking up my son from a wonderful weekends camping!

• Walking over the fields in the snow to the Doctors surgery
• Supervising my twelve year old as she made pancakes for tea.
• Watching the dogs as they frolicked in the fields around the church.

Snowdrops by the beck

• The snow drops are out and I saw my first celandine today
• Several people in the village heard me speak about Autism on radio Cumbria and it related to them personally!
• 9075 steps with my new pedometer when training for the Coniston2Barrow today. Only 925 more and I have covered the recommended daily amount of steps to keep fit!
